How to stir-fry cowpeas with shredded red pepper and pork

1. Step 1: Wash the onion and ginger and cut into pieces.Then add the bought shredded pork with cooking wine, minced onion and ginger, light soy sauce and white pepper.Pickled and delicious!

2.Step 2: Wash the purchased cowpeas and cut them into segments !
