Recipe of Braised Pork Ribs

1.Step one: Wash the purchased ribs.Blanch them in boiling water and set aside!

2.Step 2: Wash the onions and ginger and chop them into pieces!

3.Step 3: Heat the pot and pour in the oil.When the oil is hot, add the green onions.Stir-fry the minced ginger and star anise until fragrant.Pour in the ribs and stir-fry until they change color.Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and white pepper.Stir-fry a few times.Add water and simmer for thirty minutes! Then add chicken essence to taste, bring to a boil over high heat and remove the juice, then serve!
