Ingredients
Duck feet ( 12 pieces ) | Ginger ( three pieces span> ) |

Star anise ( one ) | Cinnamon ( a small section ) |
Erguotou ( Appropriate amount ) | Dark soy sauce ( About 5 teaspoons ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Rock sugar (appropriate amount) |
| Oil (appropriate amount) | MSG (appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for Braised Duck Feet

1. Wash duck feet

2.Prepare garlic, green onions, ginger, star anise, and cinnamon

3. Heat the oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, star anise and cinnamon and stir-fry,

4.Pour in duck feet and stir-fry,

5.Add some Erguotou and stir-fry

6.Add Dark soy sauce, water, and a little salt

7.Add green onions and bring to a boil over high heat.Simmer for about half an hour, add rock sugar and continue to simmer for 20 minutes.Make sure it is salty and light.Remove all the star anise, cinnamon, scallions and ginger slices, add a little MSG, and let the juice reduce over high heat!

Tips
Add dark soy sauce and water carefully and be careful when collecting the juice.Leave some soup in the pot, add as much sweetness as you like
