How to make minced beef brisket with colored pepper

1. Pour the beef brisket into the water, cut the ginger, garlic, onion, star anise and cinnamon and set aside

2. Heat oil and sauté ginger, garlic and onion

3.Pour in the beef brisket and stir-fry together, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine, and oyster sauce

Tips
Don’t make the beef brisket too salty.Later, when it's not flavorful enough when frying, you can add more.If it's too salty, it's unacceptable.
