How to make steamed prawns with garlic vermicelli

1. Buy fresh prawns and wash them Remove the heads, devein and shell the shrimps (keep the tails).Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft and spread it on the bottom of the plate.Place the processed prawns on top of the vermicelli

2. Chop the garlic and saute it in a pan until fragrant, then place it on top of the prawns

3.Seasoning sauce: light soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, aged vinegar, white sugar, mix well, add a little water

4.Pour the sauce on top of the minced garlic

5. After the water in the steamer boils, cover the pot and cook over high heat for 2 minutes, then uncover the pot and cook for 10 minutes
