Ingredients
Shrimp ( 100g ) | Carrot ( Half root ) |

Scallions ( 1 root ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |

Light soy sauce ( 5g ) | Cooking wine ( 3g ) |
Oyster sauce ( 5 grams ) | |
Starch ( 5 grams ) |
How to make Shrimp Sanding

1.Prepare the ingredients.Shrimp, carrots, bamboo shoots, yam, onions and garlic.

2. Marinate the shrimps, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, and white pepper.

3.Stir evenly and marinate for 10 minutes.

4.Cut the vegetables and set aside.

5. Heat oil in a pot until it is 50% hot.

6. Add the shrimp and stir-fry evenly.

7. Add onion and garlic and stir-fry evenly.

8.Add vegetable terrine.

9. Add salt and oyster sauce.Stir well.

10. Add a small amount of water to the marinade of marinated shrimp, stir evenly and pour it into the pot.Stir well.

11. Stir fry for one minute and it is ready to serve.

12. A plate of nutritious shrimp sambal is served.
Tips
The marinade for pickling shrimps contains starch.After adding some water to the pot, the vegetables are all mixed together, and the taste becomes much fresher.
