How to cook crucian carp with pepper

1. Let the fishmonger clean up two fresh crucian carp

2.Shred green onion and ginger

3. Stuff some shredded green onion and ginger into the fish body and rub some cooking wine and refined salt on the fish belly and marinate for about 20 minutes

5.After the pot is out, heat some hot oil and pour it on the chopped peppers

4. Cover the fish body with chopped pepper, pour some oyster sauce, pour the steamed fish with soy sauce and steam it for about 20 minutes
Tips
You can use either green or red chopped peppers , don’t pour away the soup after steaming, it will taste better when dipping the fish in the soup
