How to make the same spicy shrimp hotpot as Ruyi's Royal Love in the Palace

1. 300g fresh shrimp, cut off the shrimp whiskers and shrimp gun (that is, the sharp part of the shrimp head), pick out the shrimp intestines, wash and set aside
