Recipe of crucian carp stewed with tofu

1.Prepare fresh crucian carp and clean it up

2. Prepare tofu, onion, ginger, garlic, and wolfberry

3.Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot.When the oil is hot, add the fish and fry until it is set.

4.After setting, flip and fry the other side to set

5.Pour in boiling water , add ginger slices, garlic cloves, and simmer over high heat for about five minutes

6. Cut the tofu into thick slices and set aside

Tips
