How to stir-fry duck gizzards with pepper

1. Pickled duck gizzards: cut the duck gizzards into pieces shred, pour rice wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, starch and stir evenly.

2.Wash the green peppers and cut them into shreds

3.Pour olive oil into the pot and heat 70% of it

4. Stir-fry green pepper shreds over low heat

5. Remove shredded green peppers from the plate and set aside

6.Not required Remove from the pot and add ginger slices directly.If the oil is not enough, add a little more oil
