Ingredients
Potatoes ( 2 ) | Curry powder ( 1/3 pack ) |
Onions ( 1/3 ) | Carrots ( One Small section ) |
Light soy sauce ( A little more ) | White sugar ( 1 teaspoon ) |
Edible salt ( 1 teaspoon ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
Clear water ( appropriate amount ) | Ginger ( appropriate amount ) |
Garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Cilantro ( a little ) |
How to cook potatoes with curry

1. Cut potatoes and carrots into small cubes, dice onions, and set aside curry powder

2.Cut garlic and ginger into small pieces and set aside

3.Hot oil in the pot

4.Pour in ginger, garlic and onion and stir-fry until fragrant

5.Pour in potatoes and carrots and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes

6.Pour in: light soy sauce, sugar, curry powder, edible salt and appropriate amount of water

7.Cover and bring to a boil

8.After boiling, cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, then reduce the juice over high heat

9. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate, sprinkle with coriander for garnish and serve!
Tips
