Recipe for stir-fried eel with garlic moss

1.After washing the boneless eel, Add a little salt and cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes.

2. Wash and cut the garlic into sections.

3. Cut dried chili peppers, pickled chili peppers, green onions into sections, slice ginger, and prepare homemade watercress Sauce, Sichuan peppercorns and light soy sauce.

4.
