How to make home-cooked saury

1. Heat the oil in a pan and add some salt so that it will not stick to the pan when frying the fish

2. Heat the oil and add the saury
3. Fry both sides until golden brown and take it out,
4.Put bean paste and dried chili into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant
