How to make New Year’s style chicken wings

1. Wash the chicken wings and cut them into two pieces with a knife A small mouth for easy flavoring

2.Put the cut wings into a basin and add salt.Soy sauce, cooking wine, green onion, ginger and garlic and simmer for 10 minutes

3. Heat the oil in the pot.Fry the submerged wings in a medium-low pan until both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan and set aside

4.In the pot Add tomato sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, then add appropriate amount of water

5.Put it into the fried wings , bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat

6. Remove from the pan, sprinkle with some chopped green onion, and start eating
