How to roast okra

1.Wash and blanch okra

2.Dry the surface with kitchen paper

3. Place on a baking sheet, brush the surface with vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt and some freshly ground black pepper.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
