How to make chicken wings and ginger

1. I bought the chicken wings in 2-pound packages. After buying them, soak the chicken wings in salt water to soak out the blood.Thawing works well and is ready for later use.

2. Quail eggs are bought raw and cooked. If you are lazy, you can buy them cooked in the supermarket.Boil the quail eggs in cold water for 7 minutes, simmer in cold water for about 1 minute (it is easier to peel the eggshells after the water is cold), and set aside.

3.Peel the ginger, flatten it with a knife and set aside.

4. Add chicken wings, ginger, and sweet vinegar (from Haitian) to the pot and cook open.

5. After boiling, reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for about half an hour.

6. When cooking over low heat, leave a gap in the lid to prevent overflow.

7. Add the quail eggs after half an hour and continue to cook to enhance the flavor.

8.It’s time to eat(•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑̑
Tips
