Ingredients
Meat ( 2 taels ) | Bamboo shoots ( 3 taels ) |
Ginger ( One section ) | Garlic ( 2 pcs ) |
Dried chili pepper ( 2 pcs ) |
How to stir-fry meat with bamboo shoots
1. Slice the meat, add appropriate amount of starch and bean paste and mix well.

2. Put the sliced meat into the pan and fry until cooked.Once the meat changes color, remove from the pan and serve on a plate.

3. Prepare the ingredients, cut the bamboo shoots into sections, cut the dried chilies into sections, and mince the ginger and garlic.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan.When the oil temperature rises, add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry.

5. When the bamboo shoots are about to be fried, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry.Pour in the fried meat slices and stir-fry together.Stir well and then remove from pan and serve.
Tips
Before frying bamboo shoots, blanch them in water to remove the smell.
