How to make Yong Tau Foo

1. Peel and wash the seven thin and three fat meats Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, salt, and a little corn starch to chop the onions

2.Peel it off and add oil.Chop finely

3.Then cut the tofu into pieces and dig a small hole in the middle to hold more filling

4. Divide the two pieces of tofu into eight pieces and stuff them evenly

5.It is also good to mix the extra stuffing with the scooped out tofu into meat patties and fry them together

6.Put oil in the pot and fry the filling side first
7. Fry until golden brown and fry the other side (I didn’t fry it long enough)
8. Fry both sides and add corn starch (add light soy sauce) to cook
9.Cover the lid and simmer for a while to reduce the juice

10. Top with your favorite chives or coriander

11.Simple, delicious and fragrant
