Cordyceps flower ( handful ) | Pork ribs (a pound) |
Lotus root ( piece ) | Ginger slices ( a few slices ) |
Jujube ( three ) | Cooking wine (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make Cordyceps Pork Ribs and Lotus Root Soup

1.Soak the pork ribs in bleeding water (wash them thoroughly if you don’t have much time, and use a skimmer)

2.Put cold water into the pot, add cooking wine and ginger slices, boil for 2 minutes, take it out and wash it with warm water

3.Peel the lotus root and cut into hob pieces

4.Wash the Cordyceps flowers and soak them in warm water.Do not throw away the water

5.Put the ribs and ginger slices cooking wine into a casserole, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour

6.After one hour, add lotus root and continue cooking for 40 minutes

7. Add the Cordyceps flowers (pour into the pot together with the soaking water), add the jujubes, add salt and cook for 10 minutes

8.Put wolfberry in when drinking.The wolfberry will not taste good after being cooked for a long time
