Pork Ribs ( 250g ) | Winter Melon ( 100g ) |
Green onions ( 5g ) | Ginger ( 5 grams ) |
Cooking wine ( 10g ) | Chopped green onion ( 3 grams ) |
Salt ( 6g ) | Chili ( 5g ) |
Garlic ( 5 grams ) | Cumin powder ( 2 grams ) |
Chili powder ( 1g ) | White sesame seeds ( 3 grams ) |
Recipe for Spare Ribs Soup & Spicy Spare Ribs

1.Put the ribs into a pot, fill with water, add green onions and ginger slices, cook for 10 minutes, remove the bleeding foam, and cook for another 40 minutes.
