Ingredients
Tofu ( Half a piece ) | Enoki mushroom ( 100g ) |
Tomato ( 1 piece ) | Mushroom ( 100g ) |
Chopped green onion ( 10 grams ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |
Pepper ( 1g ) | Chicken essence ( 1g ) |
Sesame oil ( 2 drops ) | Sugar ( 1 gram ) |
How to make double mushroom tomato tofu soup

1. Cut off the root of the enoki mushroom, wash it with water and tear it into small pieces.

2. Cut the tofu into small pieces.

3. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

4. Wash the mushrooms.

5. Squeeze out the water and tear into strips.

6. Chop the green onions.

7.After the oil in the pot is hot, add the chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

8. Add tomatoes and stir-fry.

9.Saute until the tomatoes become pureed, add the mushrooms and stir-fry.

10.Add water and cook.

11. Add tofu and cook together.

Tips
