Ingredients
Wet noodles ( 300g ) | Rape ( half a catty ) |
Carrot ( Half Root ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 3 ) |

How to make vegetable noodles in mushroom soup

1. Wash the ingredients and set aside.Dice the mushrooms, cut the onions, ginger, garlic, and carrots into slices.

2.Put oil in the pot and add a few peppercorns to stir-fry.

3. Add onion, ginger and garlic to the pot, then add diced mushrooms and stir-fry.

4.Put salt, light soy sauce and sugar into the pot, then add water and boil Mushroom soup.
