How to make cucumbers mixed with dried beans

1. Prepare carrots, dried eggs, and cucumbers

2.Dry and dice the eggs.

3. Wash the cucumbers and carrots and dice them.

4.Peel and mince the garlic

5.Put the cucumbers and carrots in a bowl, add a teaspoon of salt, stir well and marinate for ten minutes, then pour off the excess water.

6.Put the minced garlic and dried eggs together in the bowl.

7.Put in a small spoonful of mature vinegar.

8.Add another spoonful of light soy sauce
