How to make steamed shredded carrots

1. Peel the carrots

2.Cut into thin strips

3. Add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for about 20 minutes

4.Pinch out the pickled carrot water

5.Sprinkle flour evenly , so that each carrot shred is coated with flour

6. Boil water and steam in a pot

7.Cover the pot and steam for 6 minutes
