Onion and ginger ( a little ) | Vinegar ( a little ) |
How to make shredded potatoes in vinegar

1.One-third each of green and red peppers, shred one potato, wash with water, remove starch and set aside.

2. Heat the oil to 70% heat, add onions and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, then add green and red peppers ,potato floss.

3. Stir fry until soft and add a little salt and vinegar.
