How to make cold cauliflower

1.Prepare the required materials.

2.Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, soak in salt water for 10 minutes, wash and drain and set aside.

3.Soak fungus.

4.Cut all materials.

5. Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil, and blanch the cauliflower.

6.Place in a bowl and drain, set aside.
7. Blanch fungus and carrots.
