Amaranth ( 1 catty ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |

How to make garlic amaranth

1. Prepare ingredients: One pound of amaranth looks like a lot, but not much will come out of frying.

2.Clean.

3.Cut a section as long as your thumb and set aside.

4. Chop the garlic into small pieces and set aside.

5. Heat the oil in a pan until the oil temperature is 70% hot.Pour in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
