Fresh garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Vinegar, sugar, salt ( appropriate amount ) |
The simplest way to make sugar garlic

1.Wash and peel the garlic (only two coats remain)

2.Put a clean container for later use

3.Put vinegar and sugar (put more) in the pot because what we are making is sweet and sour

4.Add a small spoonful of salt, bring to a boil and let cool

5.Put the cool sweet and sour water into the container and cover it with a lid or plastic wrap

6. Store in a cool place for about 20-30 days and then you can eat it.(Or put it in the refrigerator)
