How to stir-fry bitter melon with dried beans

1.Slice bitter melon and garlic, cut dried tofu into strips, and shred chili pepper

2.Put oil in the wok, add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant

3. Stir-fry bitter melon

4.Add salt and sugar

5.When the bitter melon changes color, add dried tofu and stir-fry
