Potatoes ( 1 ) | tempeh ( 1 spoon ) |
| Green pepper ( Half ) | Salt ( A little ) |

Garlic ( 1 clove ) | Ginger ( 1 piece ) |
Scallions ( 1 root ) | Dried chili pepper ( 4 ) |

Recipe of tempeh mixed with green pepper and potato shreds

1.The ingredients are as shown below

2.Peel and shred potatoes

3.Soak in clean water and wash several times to remove the starch.
