Green radish or white radish or carrot ( 3 pounds ) | Ginger slices, garlic, spicy millet (appropriate amount) |

How to make spicy and sour kimchi

1.Wash the radish and cut into thin slices for later use

2.Cut ginger, spicy millet and garlic into thin slices and set aside

3. Add appropriate amount of salt to the cut radish and marinate for more than two hours.

4. Prepare the radish juice here for later use.
