Tofu: Moisturizing
Ingredients
Tofu (3 pieces) | Onion, ginger and garlic (Adequate amount span> ) |
Sichuan peppercorns ( 5 grams ) | Salt and pepper ( 1 spoon ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 1 tsp ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Starch water ( a little ) | Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( 1g ) |
How to make pepper tofu

1.Rinse the tofu, cut into small pieces and set aside
2.Prepare onions, ginger and garlic
3.Heat oil in a pan, add peppercorns, and stir-fry green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant

4.Put Add salt and tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides

5.Add appropriate amount of water, salt and pepper

6. Pour in the dark soy sauce, mix well and bring to a boil, then turn the lid to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes

7.After 5 minutes, pour in light soy sauce and mix well, pour in starch water to thicken

8. Remove from pot and plate

9. Serve and eat immediately

Tips
Salt is the same as tofu Fry them together in the pan, or put the salt in the pan first and then the tofu, so that the tofu will not stick to the pan easily and will be easy to taste.
