Ingredients
Oil tofu ( 100g ) | Enoki mushroom ( 150g ) |
Garlic ( 1 piece ) | Millet pepper ( 3 roots ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( one spoon ) |
Oyster sauce (a spoonful) | White sugar (a spoonful ) |
Light soy sauce ( one spoonful ) |
How to make fried tofu and enoki mushrooms in a pot

1. Cut the fried tofu in half at an angle

2.Cut the garlic into minced pieces and cut the millet and pepper into sections for later use

3.Slow heat, add oil in the pot, add minced garlic and millet pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

4.Add a bowl of hot water, a spoonful of oyster sauce, salt and sugar

5. Boil the water in the pot, add the fried tofu and enoki mushrooms

6. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.After simmering, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and stir-fry.

7. Delicious fried tofu and enoki mushroom stew!
Tips
The water added to the pot should be hot water, which will make it easier to simmer; if you like spicy food, you can add more millet pepper.
