Ingredients
Spinach ( 500 grams ) | Carrot ( 1 root ) |

Tips
1.Spinach contains oxalic acid, so the blanch time should be slightly longer.
2.Yam vermicelli has a chewy texture.If not available, you can use vermicelli instead.
3.It is not advisable to blanch carrot shreds for too long.Blanch them in boiling water for 30 to 40 seconds.
