Ingredients
Lamb chops ( 800g ) | White radish ( 1 root ) |
Green onions ( 2 sections ) | Ginger ( 2 pieces ) |

Recipe of stewed lamb chops with white radish

1. Wash the lamb chops.

2. Blanch it in cold water and remove.

3.Pour the blanched lamb chops into the electric pressure cooker.

4.Add enough water to cover the lamb chops.

5. Add green onion segments, ginger slices and dried hawthorn slices.

6.Enable mutton and select the soft taste mode.
