Salt ( 1 spoon ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |

How to stir-fry bacon with garlic sprouts

1. Prepare ingredients: bacon, garlic sprouts.

2. Slice the bacon and set aside.

3. Remove the heads of garlic sprouts and rinse them clean.

4. Cut into sections and set aside.

5. Cut 3 slices of ginger into shreds and smash 3 cloves of garlic.

6. Heat a thin pan with oil, add shredded ginger and garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Pour in the bacon and stir-fry evenly.

8. Fry until the bacon changes color evenly, about 3 minutes.

9.Pour in the garlic sprouts and stir-fry.

10. Stir-fry evenly for about 3 minutes.

11.Add a spoonful of salt.

12.A spoonful of light soy sauce.

13. Stir well and serve.
