How to make fried beef with mango

1. Marinate the beef with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, 5 grams of starch, 5 grams of oil, cooking wine, and a little water for more than half an hour.

2.Cut the mango, green bell pepper, onion and ginger and set aside.Don't cut the mango into too small pieces, otherwise it will be fried.

3.The main ingredients are as shown in the picture.Once the beef is marinated, start frying.

4. First add oil, green bell pepper, and onion in the pan and stir-fry for 7.8 until mature and serve spare.

Tips
Each step requires stir-frying for ten to twenty seconds, because beef cannot be overcooked, and it only takes less than two minutes for the beef to be fried.
