Garlic sprouts ( 100 grams ) | Salt ( 4 grams ) |

How to make Puning fried dried beans

1.Cut the yellow tofu in half (make a slash inside the tofu)

2.Chop the lean meat into small pieces and mince the garlic sprouts

3.Sha Cha Wang, salt, cornstarch (separate and set aside)

4. Add appropriate amount of water to flour and glutinous rice flour to form a batter (as shown below)
