How to make stir-fried squid rings

1.Get the squid rings ready.

2. Pickle squid rings, add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, starch.

3. Marinate the squid rings for 20 minutes.

4.Cut green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, and parsley hearts.

5. Prepare onions, ginger and garlic.

6.Put oil in the pot and heat the oil.

7.Put in the pickled squid rings.Do not pour the pickled soup into the pot.

8. Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry.

9. Add the parsley hearts and colored peppers and continue to stir-fry.

10.Put salt and light soy sauce into the pot and stir-fry evenly.

11. Stir-fry the colored peppers and stir-fry the squid rings and serve.
Tips
*The squid is more flavorful and will be more effective if marinated for 30 minutes.It is best to put it in the refrigerator to maintain freshness!
