Ingredients
Big bones ( 1 ) | Green onions ( 1 root ) |
Ginger ( 4 slices ) | Panthoxylum bungeanum ( 1 tsp ) |
Octagonal ( 3 pieces ) | Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) |
Salt ( 3 spoons ) | White vinegar ( 1 spoon ) |
Cilantro ( 1 Small pcs ) | Wolfberry ( 10 pcs ) |
How to make bone soup

1.Soak the large bones you bought in water for 2 hours to create blood foam

2.Put cold water into the pot, add ginger and cooking wine and blanch the water to remove the fishy smell

3. Wash the blanched bones and add green onion, ginger slices, peppercorns and star anise

4.Add water and bring to a boil

5. After boiling, add cooking wine and a few drops of white vinegar to promote calcium absorption, turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
