Ingredients
hairtail ( 2000g ) | Vegetable oil ( 1000g ) |
Eggs ( 2 ) | Flour ( Adequate amount ) |
Salt ( 10g ) | Cooking wine ( 20g ) |
Onion, ginger, garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for festive fried hairtail

1. Wash the hairtail, remove the head and tail, wash and chop the onion, ginger and garlic.

2. Cut the hairtail into 5cm sections, add salt, cooking wine, onions, ginger and garlic and mix well.
Leave for 2 hours.
3. Coat the hairtail segments evenly with flour.

4. Add the egg liquid and coat evenly.

5. Heat the oil over medium heat and fry until both sides are golden brown and remove.
