How to stir-fry broccoli

1.Prepare the broccoli and blanch it in boiling water with some oil

2. Blanch for approx.Three minutes, drain and set aside

3.Saute garlic cloves

4.Add pork belly and stir-fry until slightly brown

5.Add carrots

6.Join West Orchid, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry

7.Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce to consume fuel

8.Heat ~
