Ingredients
Shrimp ( 400g ) | Parsley ( 500 grams ) |
Chili pepper ( Two ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make parsley and shrimp

1. Remove the leaves of parsley and cut into sections, blanch them with water and set aside

2.Wash the shrimps and remove the heads, tails and shells

3.Chili, garlic, onion, ginger, cut and set aside

4.Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and bring to a boil

5.Put the shrimps into the pot until they all turn red, add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant and then add an appropriate amount of salt and oil
