Pork Ribs ( 1 ) | Potatoes ( 3 pieces ) |

Recipe for Braised Potatoes with Sauce-flavored Spare Ribs

1. Wash the ribs and cut them into small pieces.Add salt, sugar, cornstarch, oil and soy sauce and mix well.

Tips
Do not peel and cut potatoes too early as they may oxidize and turn red easily.Use medium heat, as high heat will cause it to scorch easily.
