How to make Sichuan-style steamed pork

1.Burn the pork belly skin, wash and slice it cleanly

2.Put all the seasonings into the meat bowl, mix well, and marinate for more than 2 hours.I always put it in the refrigerator overnight to make it more flavorful

3.After the marinated pork belly, add 200g steamed pork rice noodles, mix well and set aside

4.Place the meat skin side down evenly on the plate
5.You can mix it with any root vegetables you like.I paired it with potatoes
6. Boil water, put in a steamer, and steam over medium heat for about 50 minutes
