Ingredients
Shrimp ( 4 ) | Enoki mushrooms ( 1 pack ) |
Chopped green onion ( A little ) | Xiaomi spicy ( 3 pieces ) |
Garlic ( 1 head ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | Sugar ( 1 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | White pepper ( 0.5 spoon ) |
How to steam shrimp with garlic and enoki mushrooms

1.Cut garlic into puree and cut spicy millet into rings

2. Saute some garlic in cold oil until golden

3.Pour in the remaining garlic and millet and stir-fry until fragrant

4.Pour in light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and pepper to taste

5.Tear open the enoki mushrooms, remove the shells and threads from the shrimps, top with minced garlic and steam for 8 minutes
