Longli fish (300g) | Tomato ( 2 pieces ) |

Sugar ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence ( a little ) |
Pepper ( 1 tsp ) | Cornstarch ( 5 grams ) |

How to make tomato dragon fish

1. Wash the Longli fish and cut into small pieces.

2.Add cooking wine, pepper, cornstarch and a little cooking oil, stir evenly and marinate to 20 minutes.

3. Chop the onion and ginger into mince, separate the white and green scallions.

4.Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

5.The tofu is also cut into small pieces.

6. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the fish pieces and blanch the water.

7. Cook until the fish changes color, remove and set aside.

8. Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the green onions and minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

9.Add tomato cubes and stir-fry.

10. Stir-fry until the tomato juice becomes thick.Add a tablespoon of tomato paste and stir-fry evenly.

11.Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

12. After the water boils, add the tofu cubes and fish cubes and cook for 1-2 minutes.

13.Add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar and chicken essence before serving, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.It’s out of the pot.

Tips
If you don’t like chicken essence, you can leave it out.
