Yuba ( 30g ) | Pork Ribs ( 100g ) |
Ginger slices ( 1 slice ) | Cooking wine ( a little ) |

How to steam pork ribs with yuba

1.Soak the yuba in advance

2.Pork Ribs Put it into the pot with cold water, add cooking wine and bring to a boil, then remove and drain the water

3.Get ready Ginger slices and chopped green onion

4.Wash and cut the yuba into sections

6.Add appropriate amount of salt and water

7.Put it into a pot of boiling water and steam for 2 hours

8.Put the ginger out of the pot Discard the slices

10.Mix well and serve
