
Ingredients
Squid (small) ( 5 ) | Green pepper (Half) |
Carrot ( 1 small piece ) | Onion and garlic ( Adequate amount ) |
Corn oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( 4 grams ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Cooking wine ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry squid

1. Remove the internal organs and cartilage of the squid, and tear off the surface membrane , clean it

2. Cut the squid with a diagonal knife inside, do not cut off

5.Cut green peppers and carrots into strips, and slice onions and garlic
