Pork Ribs ( 250g ) | Taro ( Half ) |

Starch ( appropriate amount ) | Pepper ( Appropriate amount ) |
Garlic ( 4 capsules span> ) | Scallions ( a little ) |
Ginger (appropriate amount) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Recipe for Lipu Taro Steamed Pork Ribs

1.Wash the ribs and soak them in water for half an hour.

2.Add all seasonings and minced ginger and garlic.

3. Mix well and marinate for more than an hour.

4.Peel the taro and cut into pieces.

5. Cut the ginger and garlic into mince.

6.Cut the green onions into chopped green onions.

7.Put the taro pieces into the plate.

9. Steam in cold water for 30-40 minutes.(The steaming time depends on the size of the ribs and taro)

Tips
